My son Joseph was born July 20, 2010. I had cramping all the previous day that night I had my bloody show at 2:30am, followed by cramping. When I called Nicole to tell her I didn't sleep much she decided to come over. When she checked me I was shocked to find out that I was 10cm. I took a shower and did my hair and makeup. 2hrs later we decided I was getting tired and broke my water. 8hrs later Joseph was born 9lbs 8oz! It was long and slow. The hospital would have given me no more than 3 hrs according to ACOG and the fact that he was 9.8. I'm positive I would have had a C-section. I didn't even tear! My experience was amazing.

My daughter Aris was born March 1, 2012. I had light cramping the previous day and that night I had my bloody show at 3:30 am. Another labor with no sleep:( I called Nicole at 6am and we blew up the pool and I got in. 9:00am my water broke and 9:08 she was born. It was much faster and much stronger of a labor. Baby girl 7lbs 14oz

My daughter Estelle was born Feb. 16, 2014. I woke up at 4:30am with a bloody show. No cramping, but I thought for sure this was the start. I had my husband stay home from work. I ended up working myself up so much and had gone so many previous nights without sleep. I was exhausted. I went to the chiropractor and they rubbed some knots out and I went home and slept 14hrs. 4 days later my cramping started and I knew I needed to get as much rest as possible. I had the kids go to my parents and we went to dinner that night breakfast the next morning and got the kids. I put the kids down for a nap at 2:00pm and ate lunch. I decided it was picking up so I called Nicole and went to my room and put my headphones on (I studied hypnobirthing). I was able to turn up the music and really enjoy the contractions. I didn't make a peep. I took my headphones out to tell my husband to not blow up the pool and get the bed ready. I got off of my chair on all fours and my water broke. 5 minutes later we had a baby girl 7lbs 10 oz.

My three births were the best, most memorable days of my life. I cant say enough wonderful things about my experience. I wish everyone could enjoy birth and not fear it.
